Invoices
- We've added a deposit feature to the invoices. Just check the Deposit checkbox and set a date and amount.
- You can now send a payment confirmation based on an email template. Go to your Email settings.
- If you prefer not to use the INV prefix, you can now choose a custom prefix or leave it blank.
- The invoice email attachment filename was incomplete. We fixed this.
Tasks
- Tasks on the Dashboard can now be completed directly without needing to open the booking. Simply click on the checkbox.
- Information about the booking related to the task is displayed.
- For Agency users: You can now assign tasks within a booking to Agents.
Booking requests inbox
- In the Artwin Live desktop version, we’ve added an icon with a counter to notify you of new booking requests in the inbox.
- For Agency users: A new booking request form is available in Widgets. This widget includes an artist selector with the full list of your exclusive artists.
