At Artwin Live, we’re constantly working to improve our platform to ensure the best possible experience for our users. As part of these ongoing enhancements, we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 starting at:

CET: 08:00 - 10:00 (Central European Time)

EST: 02:00 AM - 04:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)

 

 

Limited service

 

During this period, Artwin Live may be temporarily offline, or a maintenance message will be displayed. When this message is visible, the following services will still be available:

  •  You can log in and view your schedule
  •  The widget installed on your website will display your tour dates
  •  The calendar widget for your phone’s calendar will display events

 

However, the following functions will not be available during the maintenance window:

  •  Creating a new account
  •  Creating, updating, or deleting bookings, invoices, agreements, widgets, or team members
  •  Submitting request forms

 

What to Expect

 

We’ll work to restore full service as soon as possible. Once the maintenance message is no longer visible, Artwin Live will be fully operational again.

 

After the maintenance window, the platform will be back up and running. However, you may experience some temporary latency throughout the day as we complete the migration to a new and faster server cluster. This upgrade will significantly improve performance, ensuring a smoother, more responsive experience moving forward.
