If you know your Artwinlive.com user name (email address) you can initiate a password reset. Please follow these steps:
Change Password
- Go to https://artwinlive.com
- Click on the "Log in" button
- Click on the "Lost your password" link at the bottom of the login screen.
- Enter your Artwinlive.com user name (email address)
- Press the "Send reset link" button
If the Artwinlive.com account name exists, a reset link has been sent to the e-mail address provided. Check the mailbox of the email address provided. It may take up to 10 minutes for the e-mail to arrive. Click on the reset link and you will have access to your account again.
If you have access to your account again, go to your [account settings] and change your password.
